Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our professional amateur radio equipment, including Ameritron amplifiers, Cushcraft antennas, Hy-Gain products, and other gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Eligibility Requirements

• Timeframe: 15 days from date of delivery
• Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
• Proof of Purchase: Original order confirmation or receipt required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

• Custom-configured MDS-HAM equipment
• Opened software or electronic downloads
• Products marked “Final Sale” in the Clearance section

Return & Exchange Process

1. Initiate Your Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials.
4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our El Paso facility using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
• Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Deductions: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Restocking fees may apply for certain opened items.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of MFJ, Vectronics, or other compatible equipment:

• Follow the standard return process above
• Include a note specifying the replacement product desired
• We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
• You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged Hy-Gain, Mirage, or other product:

• Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
• We’ll arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost
